Sindicatos justos em termos de gênero - Estratégias, boas práticas e desafios
A FES-Brasil convida para a Série de Workshops sobre a Construção de Sindicatos Justos em Termos de Gênero – Estratégias, Boas Práticas e Desafios. O evento, dividido em quatro encontros online, reunirá lideranças sindicais, assessores e especialistas para discutir caminhos para tornar os sindicatos mais inclusivos e comprometidos com a equidade de gênero.
“Garantir a justiça de gênero no mundo do trabalho é essencial para qualquer movimento que defenda a justiça social. Em um cenário de mudanças constantes, os sindicatos precisam não apenas ampliar a participação feminina, mas também transformar suas estruturas para que atendam às diversas realidades da classe trabalhadora", explica Waldeli Melleiro, diretora de programas da FES-Brasil.
O primeiro encontro, "Construir sindicatos justos em termos de gênero", propõe um debate sobre o significado da equidade de gênero dentro do movimento sindical. A conversa abordará o papel das políticas transformadoras na reforma sindical e como implementá-las de forma eficaz.
A sessão contará com um painel de discussão seguido por grupos interativos, reunindo experiências de lideranças sindicais nacionais e internacionais, além de especialistas da FES.
Haverá interpretação em espanhol, português, árabe e francês, caso pelo menos cinco participantes solicitem no momento da inscrição.
A série tem como base os estudos e recomendações da publicação Tornemos os Sindicatos Mais Justos em Termos de Gênero e busca criar um espaço para troca de experiências e desenvolvimento de estratégias concretas para fortalecer a atuação sindical na defesa da equidade de gênero.
