No próximo dia 3/4, a FES-Brasil realiza debate de lançamento da pesquisa "Panorama do sindicalismo no Brasil", com a apresentação dos principais resultados e conclusões. O evento acontece às 14h, via Zoom, com participação da equipe de pesquisa - Ana Paula Fregnani Colombi, Anderson Campos, Andréia Galvão, Elaine Regina Aguiar Amorim, Flávia Ferreira Ribeiro, Hugo Miguel Oliveira Rodrigues Dias, José Dari Krein, Patrícia Vieira Trópia - e moderação de Waldeli Melleiro, diretora de projetos da FES-Brasil.

Sobre a pesquisa O período compreendido pela pesquisa (2015-2021) foi bastante adverso para o sindicalismo devido às mudanças na estrutura produtiva e na organização do trabalho, ao baixo crescimento econômico e à alta informalidade. Além disso, a ofensiva neoliberal, a reforma trabalhista, a eleição de um governo de extrema direita e a pandemia de Covid-19 colocaram novas dificuldades ao sindicalismo para reagir ao desmonte de direitos e para mobilizar trabalhadores e trabalhadoras.
Como os sindicatos reagem a esses desafios? Conseguem enfrentar essa conjuntura adversa? O que inibe sua ação? Há novas formas de organização sindical que incorporam os trabalhadores precarizados e a diversidade da classe trabalhadora? Quais as mudanças necessárias para ampliar a representação sindical? Como os sindicatos têm se atualizado frente às novas tecnologias e ao avanço da digitalização? Quais novas pautas sindicais estão sendo construídas?
Para discutir essas questões, a pesquisa analisou 27 experiências sindicais de diversas áreas de atuação econômica e de diferentes estados da federação, com resultados disponíveis para download em duas versões - síntese e completa.
